The name “Watts and Wealth — Goal Diggers”, the logo, the visual identity, the character designs, all card artwork and card text, the board and tile art, the written and educational content, the music and sound, and the overall look and feel of the game and this website are original creative works owned by the Goal Diggers team. They are protected by copyright and may not be used except as expressly permitted below.

2. Trademarks

“Watts and Wealth” and “Goal Diggers,” together with the associated logos and mascot, are trademarks of the Goal Diggers team. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without our prior written permission.

3. What you may do

• Play and share. Playing the game and linking to the official site (wattsandwealth.online) or game (play.wattsandwealth.online) is welcome and encouraged.
• Educational use, with attribution. Teachers, students, and facilitators may use the game in classrooms, clubs, and non-commercial workshops, provided the game is clearly credited to the Goal Diggers team and not altered to remove attribution.
• Quote and cite. You may quote short excerpts for review, research, or commentary with a citation (see our Citation page).

4. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish the artwork, cards, characters, music, or branding;
• Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the game or any of its assets;
• Present the game, its content, or a derivative of it as your own work, or enter it into a competition or submission as your own;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
• Use the name, logo, or mascot to imply that we endorse you, your product, or your organization.

5. Source code

The game’s software source code, where it is published, is provided under the license stated in its code repository (the GNU General Public License v3). That license governs the code only. It does not grant any rights to the creative content or brand described in Sections 1 and 2, which remain all-rights-reserved.

6. Third-party and educational content

The UN Sustainable Development Goals framework and the SDG icons are the property of the United Nations. Academic sources referenced in the game and on this site belong to their respective authors and are credited on the Citation page. Watts and Wealth is an independent educational project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the United Nations.

7. No warranty

The game and website are provided “as is,” for educational purposes, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Goal Diggers team is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

8. Reporting infringement & requesting permission

To report a copyright or trademark concern, or to request permission for a use not covered above (including commercial or derivative use), contact us at pommipad@gmail.com. We are generally happy to support genuine educational use — just ask.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The current version always lives at this page, with the “last updated” date above.
